Each partner nominated a person who acts as Contact Point for the respective partner region and as a liaison to the administrative and political levels. The Contact Points form a Management Board, which acts as forum of all involved partners, constitutes the project´s “Steering Committee” and should settle any disputes which might arise among partners at other levels.
