All Work Packages (WP) are trans – national (except for WP 5), and all project partners (PP) should be actively involved in the implementation. To this end each PP will nominate appropriate members to the 4 thematic Working Groups, which are the backbone of this project and contribute to the fulfillment of WP 1 - 4. For each WP a single PP has been named as responsible PP. The WP have been allocated to the partners due to their competence, capacity and interest. In some cases there are also supporting PPs who take over responsibility of some activities within a WP.

The PP responsible for individual WPs lay down the operational framework in six-month work programmes, which specify time frames/milestones, available funding and outputs to be delivered. They monitor whether implementation is in accordance with programme and project objectives and prepare Progress Reports for their WP (activity, finance).

The PP responsible for each activity is responsible for the implementation of actions, notably the organisation of meetings and the contracting of the Lead Expert. He provides information on the implementation of the activity for the Progress Reports.
