4.1.Working Group “Transport Infrastructure and Location Development”. Tasks are: guide and review material produced under WP1 and provide inputs for WP 4, exchange information on relevant transnational / cross-border activities, identify domains for joint action and prepare strategic projects for the new programming period.

4.2. Working Group “Spatial Planning and Development”, including environment, natural and energy resources. Same tasks as in 4.1.

4.3. Working Group “Socio-Economic development and co-operation”, including human resource development and cultural co-operation. Same tasks as in 4.1.

4.4. Working Group “Co-operation among urban centres and municipalities”, including issues concerning public utilities and municipal services. Same tasks as in 4.1.
