Lead Partner and Work Package leaders form a management team, which co-ordinates work across the individual WPs and decides on all operational issues beyond the responsibility of the WP leaders.
The MT independently implements the decisions of the Management Board.
It is responsible for reporting to the Management Board.
The MT's scope of competence includes all activities that are implied within its areas of responsibilities and tasks as defined in the application form and in the project manual.
The MT is explicitly entitled to the following cognizance:
